Platinum-Certified and critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Dylan Gossett returns today to announce his highly anticipated debut album “Westward”, due for release on 18th July 2025, via EMI. The announcement also comes alongside a brand new single entitled ‘American Trail’ out now, listen HERE. It marks his first full-length project following a breakthrough year and again proves why he is one of the most exciting artists in the country music scene.
“American Trail” is a warm, acoustic-driven country ballad that blends a message of perseverance with introspective lyrics and a soaring vocal. He debuted “American Trail” live for the very first time this past weekend during his Stagecoach Festival debut, where he drew a packed crowd at his Palomino Stage evening set.
Written over the span of the past two years while touring the globe, the 17-track album was
entirely self-produced by Gossett, who also wrote the majority of songs by himself. Westward
features Gossett’s signature heart-on-his-sleeve storytelling and explores themes of love,
family, faith, and chasing one’s dreams.
