Swedish rock duo, Johnossi return with an intense new single titled, ‘Something = Nothing’ ahead of embarking on their long-awaited European Tour. Stream or watch video here.

Johnossi is a rock powerhouse like no other. The new single ‘Something = Nothing’ and video, hardly holds back the discharge. “It’s a frantic explosive story,” explains the duo. “We’ve tried to compose what a rushing train of thoughts with total confusion might sound like. Eventually the universe and everything in it will implode. ‘Something’ will always equal ‘Nothing’ in the end.”
The single was produced by Pelle Gunnerfeldt (Viagra Boys, The Hives, Refused) and accompanying video, directed by Zoë Que.
“Something = Nothing is the first video in a three-part saga of a losing battle to the devil inside,” says Que. “We have re-introduced to character Roscoe, our dark knight, who leads us on a journey down in to madness.”
As recently as last year, Johnossi released their sixth album ‘Torch // Flame’, but John Engelbert and Ossi Bonde have not really taken it easy since last time. In addition to writing new music, being in the studio recording the devastating punch that is ‘Something = Nothing’, they have together with their friend Victor Cederhage founded Litt Atlantic Group to launch the cannabis drink Litt on the expansive American market.
“We are thrilled to start this new journey together with Victor and the team. The cannabis industry is moving extremely fast and we have yet only scratched the surface of things to come. It’s not all about getting high anymore.”
