NEW ALBUM DUE LATE 2027
“A giddying rush of noise.” Mojo
“With a nose for a catchy hook and an educated ear for a bubblegum teen angst lyric this outfit just keeps getting better and better.” Shindig
“A rock n’ roll sacrament from your new favourite band.” Classic Rock
The Courettes bring their spit n´ snarl garage rumble meets Spectoresque girrrl group sha-la-la shenanigans to the dark alleys of the city where they face urban dangers and find a thrilling romance!
It’s their brand new track “Killer Kiss”! B-side “Life Goes On” that oozes 12-string guitars drenched with tremolo and fuzz, drama and heart break. Another thriller – no filler! Focusing on top songwriting as an antidote to the age of no-songs daddy-buy-me-some-SoMe-hype bands out there.
Guitarist Flavia Couri says…
“We wanted to write a 3 minute song that could breathe out all the thrills and chills of a good night out: passion and dangers, drinks and strangers, lust and city light and…a killer kiss! Play it loud and never mind the cherry red lipstick stain in your record player.”
