Conjuring Up Two Days Of Brutality

Published:

Two fast rising metal bands team up

Colchester’s Telepathy have been going from strength to strength over the past four years and show no signs of slowing down. With two EU tours, an appearance at Incubate Fest and countless one-off shows with the likes of Stoned Jesus, Oathbreaker, Year Of No Light and Devil Sold His Soul under their belt, they have established themselves as one of England’s most punishing live bands.

Telepathy’s ‘intelligent and emotionally taxing’ instrumental carnage has earned them high praise across the board, their 2014 release ’12 Areas’  making it into many of the year’s biggest ‘Top 20’ lists. On this tour, expect the most brutal offerings from their back catalogue along with some newer, more riff-heavy material.

Hailing from the Midlands, Conjurer have swiftly established themselves as one of the shining lights of the UK underground. With influences as broad as Mastodon, Yob, Converge and Gojira, their progressive ‘Post-Sludge’ has seen them play alongside The Sword, Hang The Bastard, Sylosis, Celeste and The Great Old Ones without anything more than a low-fi demo to their name.

‘Like being bludgeoned and glassed at the same time as being kicked in the face’ describes their live shows with a worrying level of accuracy. Conjurer’s ‘gargantuan wall of savage, stunning noise’ is something you need to experience to believe.
