German rock quartet blacktoothed have released a video for their dreamy new single ‘Between You & The World’. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming album JULI, due for release on 29th July 2022 via Arising Empire.

With a calm verse that leads to an energetic chorus and screaming guitar solo, ‘Between You & The World’ blends elements of a classic rock ballad, while the lyrics explore the worries and fears of society today.
Hendrik explains:
“The song actually has a great story to it, since it holds our beloved five-minute guitar solo. The song really got flipped around in the studio and originally didn’t have a solo, but then when we needed one, Matti had to write one on the spot. Took her five minutes.”
