BFS bassist launches a campaign
Being bassist for one of the most beloved pop punk acts of all time is a great musical legacy for anyone, and Erik Chandler wouldn’t have it any other way. But when he’s not delighting audiences with Bowling For Soup, he can also display a different side to his song writing and performing, and it’s now this that he wants to share with the world.
To achieve this, Erik has launched a PledgeMusic campaign with the aim of funding his debut solo album, which would be his first solo work since the 2012 Writing The Wrongs E.P. As one might expect from a PledgeMusic campaign, those pledging, depending on the amounts spent can gain access to a wide range of items ranging from signed CD’s and Skype guitar lessons all the way up to being named Executive Producer of the album. The man himself has put together this introductory video to explain just why he wants to return to his solo work:
