Don’t tell his heart, his achy breaky heart

In preparation for their headlining slot at Ramblin’ Man Fair this Sunday (24th July), BLACK STONE CHERRY have unveiled a new video for their emotionally charged song, ‘The Rambler’.  You can check it out at their YouTube channel.

Country music star & actor, Billy Ray Cyrus features in the video as the title character, a drifter who tries to face his past in a simple tale of guilt, heartache and longing for redemption. The clip was directed by fellow Kentuckian, Blake Judd (Shooter Jennings, Blackberry Smoke).
The band tell us; “The Rambler has been an incredibly special song to us from the beginning and we knew the video had to be equally as special, but not overly dramatic. Simple and effective.  We’re honoured to have Billy Ray Cyrus play ‘The Rambler’, as well as the many amazing actors and team it took to make this story come to life. We hope this special song and video hits a chord with you, like it has for us.”
“If you are ready to hear a great band with an incredible song, hit play,” Cyrus said. “I was honoured when they asked me to bring ‘The Rambler’ to life. Make something real?  Hell yea. I’m in!”
‘The Rambler’ is featured on BLACK STONE CHERRY’s current album ‘Kentucky’ (Mascot Label Group), which crashed in to the UK Official Album Chart at #5 on its release in April.  You can pick up ‘Kentucky’ now at iTunes http://smarturl.it/BSC-iTunes or physical CDs & limited edition vinyl are available over athttp://smarturl.it/BSC-Kentucky.
