Hot on the heels of their March UK tour dates with TRASHED, Brighton alt-punk trio ALL BETTER are pleased to reveal the video for their new single ‘Instruction Manual’ which is released Friday 8th April 2022.

The track is the latest to be taken from their debut album How To Be Alone on 6th May 2022 via Sugar-Free Records, available on ltd. edition coke bottle green 12″ vinyl.

Album pre-orders are live now:

Commenting on the track, the band said: “This song explores control and manipulation and what it is to discover those behaviours in someone close to you. In the background, mankind is also currently reflecting on its own behaviour, and as we discuss our ideas with one another, a lack of courtesy seems commonplace. As society begins to aggressively censor itself and rearrange acceptability, it evokes a similar hollow feeling of being uniform, reduced and instructed to be something other than yourself, much like the manipulation from a friend or family member.”

The band are also pleased to announce a run of May 2022 UK tour dates with Hampshire punks Buds. along with a string of June 2022 UK headline tour dates and an appearance at Bristol Booze CruiseFestival—tickets are on sale now (see below for details).

Forthcoming debut album How To Be Alone was announced with lead single ‘Kicking & Screaming’ released last month, picking up early support from online punk tastemakers Maximum Volume, The Punk Site, That’s Good Enough For Me and more.

Debut album How To Be Alone released 6th May 2022
