This latest release is the fourth single from the band’s Seven Deadly Singles series. Every single conceptualises a specific sin… BANG BANG FIRECRACKER are once again poking bears! And this time they’re thwacking out the big sticks and pounding out some LUST!
Diamonds & Dirt weighs in at just over four minutes. This up-tempo Romper-Stomper is passionately infused with rock ‘n’ roll! Stylistically, it’s somewhat of a departure from its three sinful siblings (Hail Waco, Ain’t Nothing, Gonna Change and Keep Pushin’ It). BANG BANG FIRECRACKER have dialled down the brutality a smidge; They’ve loosened up, swung the beat and penned a curve ball of a track that commands fans to balter!
It’s a cheeky number for BANG BANG FIRECRACKER but it’s not all laughter and light; As usual there is a wealth of provocative vocals, dropped like conspiratorial bombs and delivered with pin point precision!
The feisty video for Diamonds & Dirt was filmed recently in the band’s home town of Stoke-on-Trent and stars not only the band members, but a carefully curated selection of their most die-hard fans. The edit cuts between close quarters performance footage and a Texas Holdem narrative where individual characters battle within their vices to become ultimately victorious. Hidden messages are plentiful amid the shots and those with a sharp eye will certainly notice! As always, BANG BANG FIRECRACKER pay homage to their Burlsem born hero with several special tributes to Lemmy and Motorhead throughout.

Kieron K Berry orchestrated the joining of videographer Tim Paling and the band’s official photographer Jess Boothroyd for the third time for this cinematic production. A force to be reckoned with, they deliver another stunning, creative concept that will undoubtedly propel the band towards even bigger and better things!
Right now you can catch BANG BANG FIRECRACKER charging their way through 2025 with a mass of live gigs and festival dates. Having already stormed Belgium in May on a mini-tour, the band are also set to invade Holland in October for a similar run of ballistic shows.
