Describing themselves as inter-dimensional scoundrels currently residing in London, The Ancient Unknown fuse genres from across eras into a powerful, hard-hitting rock sound that defies easy categorisation. Known for their wild and outlandish live energy, the band are:

  • Spin – Vocals, Guitar, Songwriter
  • Antz – Keys
  • Jordan Divers – Guitar
  • Dan – Bass
  • Dob – Drums

They’ve performed across the UK including London’s O2 Islington and The Black Heart, as well as The Record Factory in Glasgow.

The band recorded their debut album at Steel City Studios (Bring Me The Horizon, Deaf Havana), with “Separated” taken from the forthcoming release. The album is currently slated for late summer / early autumn 2026.

About “Separated”

“I read an article discussing how a family had been torn apart due to Home Office bureaucracy. A woman who had two fully grown sons and a dependent husband had her visa revoked after having to spend time in her home country with her dying parents. The idea of such a severe lack of empathy made me mad — and still does today.” – Spin

The track channels that anger and frustration into a soaring, powerful rock statement.
