Killing Chic is a rock band built on a shared respect for the roots of classic rock, and a drive to push it forward. Their self-titled album is due for digital release in October 2026 via Joff Entertainment, and is preceded by the track ‘Too Late’ on 17 July. Physical formats – vinyl and CD – will be available in early 2027. Partly recorded in the iconic Abbey Road Studios, and partly on the band’s own equipment in their hometown Turin, their sound combines sharp guitar work, strong vocal melodies, and a tight rhythmic core, drawing on the strengths of each member’s musical background. With influences spanning metal, melodic and hard rock, the band has shaped a style that nods to the twang and grit of groups like Aerosmith and Shinedown while keeping its own identity at the forefront. Killing Chic’s music is raw, energetic and built to connect. A modern take on a timeless rock sound.
The band is made up of: guitarist, producer, and songwriter Joff, gujitarist Zeta, vocalist Chris, and drummer Fasa.
Joff [Sergio Momo] is a creative on many levels – an artist, perfumer, designer and musician. Rock music has always been a constant in his life. Internationally known as the founder and CEO of Xerjoff, he has built a career around crafting sensory experiences. His collaborations with artists such as Brian May, Duran Duran and Tony Iommi – including performing on Iommi’s track ‘Scent of Dark’, released alongside a signature perfume – reflect his belief in the powerful connection between music and scent. With Killing Chic, Sergio steps fully into his lifelong passion for rock, bringing his creative vision to the stage.
Blending a wide palette of musical influences – from blues roots to the grit of American hard rock – lead guitarist Zeta [Matteo Zuccolotto] is also a founding member of the alternative rock band Raintown. He has collaborated with numerous artists, and performed across Europe.
Chris Volpi is a powerhouse vocalist. Having also served as frontman of the metalcore band Ready, Set, Fall! and the alternative rock outfit Bemore, he seamlessly shifts from sweet melodic tones to raw, powerful metal vocals.
A drummer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer with deep roots in 70s rock and punk energy, Fasa [Daniel Fasano] is widely regarded as one of the most exciting drummers of his generation. He drives Killing Chic with precision and fire.
With several performances in the UK already under their belt, there are more planned for later this year, including a slot of LakeFest. With more truly exciting developments ready to be unveiled… Killing Chic are ready for the sweet smell of success.
