Attica Rage Keep Their Temper In Birmingham This Friday

Scot biker metal kings stop off in Birmingham – and have a chat with Maximum Volume

Those Road Dogs forever, Attica Rage, have just started their 2014 UK tour.

The band who were last in these parts for a gig last September, are back for another on Friday night.

Having supported and shared festival bills with the likes of Judas Priest, Slash, Black Label Society, Down, Anthrax and Saxon amongst others, the Attica Rage live experience has been proven to fill outdoor arenas as much as it does the clubs and venues. UK festival appearances include High Voltage, Hard Rock Hell, Hammerfest, Bulldog Bash and Cambridge Rock Festival; while European highlights have included Metalcamp (now Metaldays, Slovenia); HRH Road Trip (Ibiza) and Wizzfest (Belgium). Attica Rage continue to take their brand of hard n’ heavy biker rock n’ metal sounds out on the road with headline tours across the UK.

The band are currently working on new material – something we will be sure to ask them about when we get down to a pre-gig chat.

Yes, we are delighted to say that Rage have become the latest in what is becoming an increasingly long line of bands to agree to a Maximum Volume Meets interview.

Following on from The Self Titled, General, Machines Dream, Bad Touch, Theia, Alunah and a few more we will announce both later this week and next, Rage will be chatting to us about life on the road and more besides.

Support for the whole tour is fast rising Worcester based NWOBHM enthusiasts Fury, while at Scruffy’s, local boys Captain Horizon will be strutting their considerable stuff.
