A First Look At Winter

Houston prog metallers unveil first track

Houston’s very own progressive metal powerhouse, OCEANS OF SLUMBER, are set to release their new album ‘Winter‘ on March 4th via Century Media Records.

The band have just released the video for the title track off of their debut Century Media Release, Winter.

“The time has come and we’re more than excited to release this first glimpse into our new record Winter. We wanted to reveal ourselves a bit more and try to capture the energy of the band in UltraHD. We’ve put every bit of our heart and souls into this record and can’t wait to start this journey with everyone.” states the band on the forthcoming album.

OCEANS OF SLUMBER are also pleased to unveil the cover art for Winter, which was gracefully imagined by Costin Chioreanu over at Twilight 13 Media (At The Gates, Katatonia, Grave, Arcturus & many, many more).

The Century Media newcomers caught the attention of the masses with their previously released Blue EP, which featured re-imaginings of classic tracks from seminal artists such as Candlemass, Led Zeppelin, Emperor and Pink Floyd, as well as two originals that served as teasers of what was to come.

The Blue EP  is available now with the LP version can be picked up at: http://smarturl.it/OOSBlueBuy. This extended play highlights the undeniably epic wall of sound that has become the Texans’ trademark.
