Steve Harley, the original Cockney Rebel, has announced his final UK live dates of a busy 2019. Steve will be performing a varied selection of full Cockney Rebel rock band shows but also more of his Acoustic Trio format performances – which see him accompanied by his band-mates of long-standing, Barry Wickens [violin & guitar] and James Lascelles [piano and percussion]. Steve is also delighted to announce the January 2020 release of the all-acoustic CD album, ‘Uncovered’, which includes a re-recording of “Love, Compared With You” with a newly composed third verse, plus eleven other songs he’s always wanted to perform.
The Cockney Rebel full band shows deliver all the hits and more in a truly full blooded and potent way, whilst the Acoustic Trio offers a more intimate, unique and atmospheric show. Underlining Steve’s versatility and virtuosity these contrasting approaches bring out different elements of that celebrated catalogue of evergreen material.
